Tennis Air Domes / Tennis Bubble

GS DOMES® creates a virtually noise-free tennis environment. Whether for daily training or professional matches, the air-supported tennis dome allows players to focus 100% on each shot, accurately responding to their opponent’s next move, without being disturbed by weather, wind, or surrounding noise. Furthermore, a windless training and match environment, balanced lighting, temperature control, and a low-noise air system are key factors in the construction of this tennis dome structure.

PVDF Double-Layer Tennis Air Dome

—Superior Durability. Better Insulation. A Quieter Tennis Experience.

GS DOMES®tennis air domes feature a PVDF/PVF-coated membrane that offers excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and self-cleaning performance. The high-quality membrane, combined with minimal maintenance requirements, helps ensure a service life of 20–30 years, providing reliable long-term operation for your tennis facility.

Double-Membrane System

Outer Membrane: 1350/1150 g/m² PVDF
Inner Membrane: 650 g/m² PVC

Why Tennis Air Dome?

With a column-free design, an air dome provides a spacious, unobstructed playing environment with complete freedom of movement. It keeps your tennis activities protected from harsh weather conditions, allowing you to play without interruptions. For a single-court tennis dome, you can eliminate distractions and even stay 100% focused on every shot.

GS Tennis bubble lighting and glare
Solving lighting and glare

For high-standard tennis facilities, EN 12193 Class I recommends 500 lux, lighting uniformity ≥ 0.70, and glare rating RG ≤ 50.

GS DOMES designs the lighting layout based on court dimensions, membrane properties, and player sightlines, minimizing direct glare and membrane reflections to create a uniform, comfortable, low-glare environment—so players can focus on the court, not the lights.

Ample Space for Every Shot

With a column-free, large-span design, GS DOMES tennis air domes eliminate interior columns, beams, and structural obstructions, creating a wide-open playing environment with maximum freedom of movement. From powerful baseline rallies and fast volleys to high lobs, players can move freely and play every shot without worrying about limited space or structural interference.

A Quieter Environment for Better Focus

A properly engineered double-layer membrane system, controlled entrances and acoustic solutions help reduce the impact of surrounding traffic and environmental noise, while minimizing internal echoes. The result is a quieter, more focused environment where players can concentrate on every shot.

What to Consider Before Building a Tennis Air Dome

01 | How many tennis courts do you need?

1 Court — Private training, school, small club
2–4 Courts — Tennis club, training center
5–8+ Courts — Large tennis center, professional training facility, tournament venue

02 | What will your venue primarily be used for?

Training & Academy
Tennis Club
Professional Competition
Commercial Tennis Center

03 | What is the local climate like?

High-temperature areas: Cooling & Insulation
Cold-temperature areas: Heating & Thermal Insulation
Rainy areas: Weather Protection
Snowy areas: Snow Load Capacity
Windy areas: Structural & Pressure Design
High-humidity areas: Ventilation & Condensation Control

04 | What kind of environment do athletes need most?

Low-Noise Environment: Reduces equipment and external noise, allowing players to stay focused.
Stable Lighting: Provides even, comfortable lighting, helping players continuously track the fast-moving tennis ball.
Minimal Air Disturbance: Reduces airflow interference with the ball’s trajectory.
Climate Control: Controls temperature and humidity according to the local climate. The Clear-Span Space has no internal pillars, providing players with complete running and safe space.
